United Youth Conference
The United Youth Conference (UYC) has been planned keeping in mind the dense yet latent potential in the youth of Pakistan. It aims to provide the youth with the paraphernalia of leading a successful life in all parts of the society, without forming discrimination of the basis of geographical or ethnic backgrounds.
UYC, as the name suggests, intends to unite the youth of Pakistan for working towards a common goal; the better of our motherland. This is the best opportunity to equip you with the tools such as communication skills, teamwork, character building and most importantly leadership. With conferences being held in five of the major cities across the country, i.e. Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad and Peshawar, UYC bring the opportunity at everyone’s doorstep.
UYC aims to be a forum where intellects shall discuss ideas with people who are renowned in their own respective fields, such a Maria B, Nadeem Chawhan, Ali Azmat etc. The participants at UYC will not only get mentorship but they will also get a chance to socialize with these people and to get their assistance for a better tomorrow. With fun filled activities, seminars, forums, syndicated sessions, discussions and social events, UYC will be an event for the history books. It plans to break apart the stigma of leadership being a luxury only meant for the elites, by providing the experience for a menial cost. In this way, UYC will assemble people from all strata of society and encourage a cultural exchange of sorts.
All in all, UYC will be an eye opener for everyone, where they will learn about the problems prevailing in the country which are usually ignored by the media, and the participants will also learn how they can become active citizens and be a part of a change… A change for the better. So, the call has been raised.
