Herbed French Dressing
Herbed French Dressing
2/3 cup tomato paste
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon crushed dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon crushed dried tarragon
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a quarter jar. Cover and shake until well mixed. Chill and mix well before serving with your favorite salad greens. Makes about 3 cups of French Dressing.
