Cocoa for a Crowd
Ingredients:
4 cups sugar
3 cups baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 quart warm water
2 quarts boiling water
4 gallons hot milk
Preparation:
In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix well. Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in hot milk.
